​​Our services are partially funded by The St. Louis Area Agency on Aging, Missouri Foundation for Health, St. Louis Philanthropic Organization, Fundraisers, Donations, Members and Supporters.

We collaborate with several other organizations to utilize the building to be a centralized community resource, including but not limited to; Southwest Garden Neighborhood Association, Board of Elections for voting center, Round Dance Council, Gateway Squares and Second District Police Association.

Metropolitan Senior Citizens Corporation, Inc./dba as the St. Louis Activity Center was founded in 1954. We are the second oldest Senior Center in the United States.  We are one of a few "Full Service" Senior Centers in the City.

  • Offer safe, affordable and convenient transportation for Seniors
  • Engage Seniors in civic and volunteer programs.
